MONSTER BRAWL (Better Off Read)

This is a short review, and it is out of order with the rest of the week...but its about a film that I saw and just *HAD* to talk about. Do you like monster movies? Cheesy B- and Z-grade flicks? Welcome back, friends, to the Summer of Lovecraft. For the next three months I'll be reviewing movies and books based on the work of HP Lovecraft, and providing a humorous running commentary.

Additionally, I will review all four of Charles Stross' The Laundry novels, chronicling the adventures of British secret agent and tech support guru, Bob Howard, as he faces off against the forces of the Mythos.

But how are we to begin this week? Why, with that least Lovecraftian of Lovecraft films, a little Jeffrey Combs number called...
